The present case arises from the sale of commercial property in East Hartford for the amount of $56.9 million. The plaintiffs are the grantors of the property and include the following business entities: Beckenstein Enterprises-Prestige Park, LLC; 155 Realty; Riverview Square, LLC; Riverview Square II, LLC; and Tolland Enterprises.
