In this contract dispute, Plaintiff, The Meyer Group, Ltd. (“Meyer”), claims that the Postal Regulatory Commission (“PRC”) breached an exclusive real estate brokerage agreement executed in 2004. Under this contract, Meyer agreed to assist PRC in obtaining office space in the Washington, D.C. area, and PRC agreed to condition its acceptance of any resulting lease upon the lessor providing Plaintiff a commission.
