MEMORANDUM

ROBRENO, District Judge.

Claimants Robert C. Ivy and Irene Ivy (the “Ivys”) seek recovery of various properties seized by the U.S. Government, the plaintiff in this action, pending their forfeiture as proceeds of money laundering and/or wire fraud. The Ivys have filed a motion for summary judgment. For the following rea sons, the motion will be granted in part and denied in part. 1
