¶ 1. This case is before this court on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to Wis. Stat. § (Rule) 809.61 (2003-04).1 DaimlerChrysler appeals an order of the Circuit Court for Kenosha County, Honorable Wilbur W. Warren, Judge, affirming a worker's compensation decision of the Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission (the LIRC). The LIRC determined that the defendant-respondent, Glenn May (May), was entitled to a minimum of 10 percent disability for each of two anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repairs pursuant to Wis.
