This case arises out of a dispute over real property in the City of Warwick. The defendant, Alfred J. Coletti, a dentist, appeals from a Superior Court judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs, Joseph J. and Anita L. McGarry, a husband and wife, on their claims for trespass and to quiet title and against the defendant on his counterclaim for adverse possession.
