OPINION
BOURCIER, Justice.
This ease comes here on appeals filed by both the plaintiff and the defendant in an adverse possession boundary line dispute case. A Superior Court trial justice, sitting without a jury, found in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant, prior to entry of final judgment, appealed. The ease was remanded from this Court to the Superior Court for entry of final judgment. The plaintiff, after entry of that final judgment, then proceeded to file a motion for a new trial.
