We review the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations for sanctions of the referee, John Schweitzer, 1 pursuant to former SCR 21.09(5). 2 Attorney Virginia Rose Ray was found to have engaged in unprofessional conduct in the course of her practice of law and to have failed to cooperate with an investigation of grievances filed against her with the Board, all in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
