Respondents Paul and Rossie Reid sued appellant Harbison Development Corporation 1 for damages arising out of Harbison’s alleged misrepresentation in the course of selling a residential lot. The jury awarded the Reids $20,000 actual damages and $20,000 punitive damages. Harbison appeals the judgment entered on the verdict. We remand for a new trial solely on the issue of actual damages.
