TROIDL, Senior Judge:
A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of fleeing apprehension and three specifications of larceny, in violation of Articles 95 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 895 and 921 (1994). The adjudged sentence includes a bad-conduct discharge, 13 months confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged, but suspended all confinement in excess of 12 months pursuant to the terms of a pretrial agreement. The…
