On March 6, 1998, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone at the Naval Legal Service Office, Mayport, Florida. Pursuant to his pleas, he was found guilty of flight from apprehension and three specifications of larceny, in violation of Articles 95 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 895 and 921, respectively.
