EVERETT, Chief Judge:

In accordance with his negotiated pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial of various drug offenses1 and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 10 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the grade of E-l. The convening authority reduced the period of confinement to 5 years but otherwise approved these results. The Court of Military Review affirmed modified findings2 and the approved sentence.
