This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries and destruction of an automobile resulting from a crossing accident. *309The plaintiff was given a verdict for $9,000. From an order denying defendant’s alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial, defendant has appealed.
