Roberts v. Morin

Appellants, Stanley and Donna Roberts, brought this suit in the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, in and for the County of Missoula, to obtain relief from the forfeiture of their real estate contract with respondent, Mary Jane Morin, or, in the alternative, to obtain damages for breach of that contract. After a nonjury trial, the District Court entered judgment in favor of Morin and awarded her the property and attorney fees in the amount requested.
