Plaintiff-appellant, Joseph Clark, appeals from the judgment of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Collins Bus Corporation (“Collins”), on all claims asserted against it by Clark.

On December 1, 1997, Clark filed this action against Collins. In his complaint, Clark set forth claims for breach of the employment contract between himself and Collins, promissory estoppel, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, all of which arise from Collins’s alleged failure to employ Clark.
