This case primarily involves application of the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2617(a) et seq. (FMLA). The defendant, Kamco Industries, Inc. (Kam-co), terminated the plaintiff, Sarah Morr, when she returned to work after taking maternity leave.
