Plaintiff Antonia Sanchez (“Sanchez”) brought this action for review of the final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her claims for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (“ § 405(g)”). Sanchez now moves for judgment on the pleadings and the Commissioner makes an identical cross-motion.
