I. INTRODUCTION
Christina Merritt (“Merritt”) brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Merritt seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) to deny her application for disability insurance benefits. See Compl., ECF No. 1. Merritt challenges the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (the “hearing officer”) that she was not disabled within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 1382c(a)(3)(A). Administrative R. (“Admin.
