Plaintiff Luisa Santos (“Santos”) brought this action for review of the final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) that Santos was no longer eligible for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) (“§ 405(g)”) and 1383(c)(3). The Commissioner now moves for judgment on the pleadings and Santos cross-moves for judgment on the pleadings.
