Scott H. Jaeger, M.D. petitions for review of an adjudication of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Fee Review Hearing Office, which authorized the insurer to reduce its payments to Dr. Jaeger for vertebral axial decompression 1 (VAX-D) treatments he rendered to the claimant, Misael Adame.
