This matter is a petition for review filed by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick) appealing a fee review decision of a Bureau of Workers' Compensation (Bureau) fee review hearing officer (Hearing Officer) that ordered Sedgwick to pay chiropractor Michael Piszel, D.C. (Provider) for office visit charges in his treatment of workers' compensation claimant Robert Grivner (Claimant).
