Pittsburgh Mercy Health System (Provider) petitions for review of the October 2, 2008, order of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (Bureau), Fee Review Hearing Office, which dismissed as untimely Provider’s Application for Fee Review (Application) pursuant to section 306(f.l)(5) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act). 1 We affirm.
