Knutson, Justice.

This is a consolidated appeal from judgments of conviction of Lyle Miller and William Miller of having violated a city ordinance of the city of Minneapolis prohibiting disorderly conduct and from a conviction of William Miller for assault and battery under the state statute.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdicts, the evidence supports findings that during the late evening of July 21, 1957, several carloads of teen-age boys and girls were being driven past the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph T. Turnbull, who lived at 3044 Emerson Avenue South in Minneapolis, shouting…
