Defendant was indicted and convicted in the county of St. Louis of the crime of transporting intoxicating liquor and appeals from the judgment.

When arraigned defendant made a motion to quash the indictment on the ground that it had been secured on evidence obtained in violation of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, and of sections 7 and 10 of article 1 of the Constitution of the state of Minnesota.
