OPINION

ANNE GARDNER, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

W.S. (“Father”) and D.S. (“Mother”) appeal from the trial court’s order terminating their parental rights to their three children. Both Father and Mother complain that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support any of the three statutory grounds for termination pleaded by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (“TDPRS”) and found by the trial court and that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the trial court’s findings that termination was in the best interest of the children.
