GOLDEN, Justice.

Appellant, Donald Trujillo, appeals from the judgment and sentence of the district court convicting him of third degree sexual assault. Appellant asserts plain error on grounds of sufficiency of the evidence, the admission of incompetent testimony of a child-witness, the admission of improper rebuttal testimony, including the admission of prior bad acts evidence, and the admission of appellant’s statements to a psychologist.
