This is an appeal under P. L. 909 to the Washington County Court from the determinations of the commissioner of taxes upon the application of the plaintiff for a revision of the additional taxes assessed against it upon its franchise tax return for the year 1941, and upon its application for a refund of the amount claimed to have been overpaid upon its franchise tax for 1941 because of the renegotiation of its contracts with the United States Navy Department.
