The facts are as follows: In 1929 the Waurika Motor Company was the Ford agency dealer at Waurika, and on the 7th day of October sold one R- H. Wright a certain Ford ear, taking a chattel mortgage thereon for a balance of $420 payable at $35 per month. This mortgage was filed for record in Jefferson county, October 29, 1929.
