Kerry L. Loose (Loose) petitions for review of an order from the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision and order of the referee and dismissed his appeal.

On April 15, 1986, Loose suffered a work-related back injury while employed as a mechanic for John H. Smith Arco Station (Employer). A notice of compensation payable was filed on December 8,1986.
