SMITH, Judge.

Tony A. Stonebraker (Claimant) petitions for review of the June 17, 1992 order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee’s decision granting a petition for termination of benefits filed by Seven Springs Farm, Inc. (Employer). The questions to be resolved are whether the referee’s finding that Claimant fully recovered from his work-related injury was supported by substantial evidence and whether the referee committed an error of law by granting a retroactive termination of Claimant’s medical benefits.
