THE COURT.
After a further consideration of this case since the granting of the application for a transfer and rehearing by this court after judgment of the district court of appeal, we are satisfied with and hereby adopt the opinion of that court herein, which was prepared by Mr. Presiding Justice Langdon, and is as follows:
