The plaintiff, Glaspey, seeks recovery of damages from the defendant, Wool Growers Service Corporation, upon two causes of action, for alleged damage suffered by him and B. L. Chaney, his assignor, as the result of breach of warranties, in the form of express false representations on the part of the manager of the corporation, inducing him and Chaney to purchase from it 500 ewes and 362 ewes, respectively, for breeding purposes.
