GORDON, Senior District Judge:

Appellant Arthur Louis Gillis appeals his conviction on all counts of a five-count indictment. Count one charged the defendant with the interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312. Count two charged him with selling or disposing of a stolen motor vehicle which had been transported in inter state commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2312.
