Plaintiffs, Cotracom Commodity Trading AG (“Cotracom”) and Bendel Feed and Flour Mill, Ltd. (“Bendel”), brought this action asserting claims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary relationship against defendants, Seaboard Corporation, Seaboard Trading & Shipping, Ltd., and SASCO Engineering Company (collectively “Seaboard”). Seaboard filed a counterclaim against plaintiffs for enforcement of two arbitration awards under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
