LOGAN, Circuit Judge.

In this diversity action, defendant Steven A. Hitz appeals under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a) from a preliminary injunction issued in favor of plaintiff Equifax Services, Inc. (Equifax), prohibiting Hitz from violating covenants not to compete with his former employer, White & White Inspection and Audit Service, Inc. (White & White), plaintiffs predecessor. Defendant also challenges the district court’s exercise of personal jurisdiction over him, the amount of the bond the court required plaintiff to post, and the denial of defendant’s motion to transfer venue.
