The Defendants in this patent infringement case, Powerscreen International Distribution Limited (“Powerscreen”), Terex Corporation (“Terex”), Powerscreen New York, Inc. (“PSNY”), and Emerald Equipment Systems, Inc. (“Emerald”), and the Plaintiff Metso Minerals, Inc. (“Metso”), have filed a number of post-trial motions.
