The question is whether the claimant’s injury arose “out of and in the course of his employment,” and the proper construction of that phrase, which now comes before us for the first time, is of great, importance, because it controls the determination of what sorts of injuries may properly be brought within the operation of our Workmen’s Compensation Act.
