The plaintiffs brought this action to recover damages for injury to their property, alleged to have been caused by the defendants through their maintenance of a nuisance and their failure to maintain and repair a retaining wall. The defendants Vincenzo Festa, Antonette Festa, Antonio Silverino and Anthony DiMasi, hereinafter called the defendants, hied counterclaims in which they sought equitable relief.
