MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PAUL W. GLENNON, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before me on a complaint for damages, and other relief, for the alleged conversion of two rings by the debtor-defendant after the debtor’s filing of a petition under Chapter 11.
W.N. Provenzano, Inc., (“Provenzano”) the plaintiff, is a manufacturer and wholesaler of jewelry, having its usual place of business in New York City.
