MEMORANDUM OPINION

H. FRANKLIN WATERS, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas in an action arising out of the bankruptcy of Franklin Doty Miller. The First State Bank of Pur-dy, Missouri, the First National Bank and Trust Company of Rogers, Arkansas, and the Creditors’ Committee appeal from the bankruptcy court’s decision that the seed held in storage by the debtor was not subject to the security interests of the two banks. This court has jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).
