This a review of a decision of the court of appeals 1 affirming an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee County, Honorable Michael J. Skwierawski, Judge, that dismissed with prejudice and on the merits the claims raised by seven unsecured trade creditors (Armor) of American Fuel & Supply Co., Inc. (AFSCO) in a class action suit. The creditors were the members of AFSCO's Official Committee pf Unsecured Creditors. 11 U.S.C. sec. 1102. The class action sought to recover, pursuant to sec. 402.326(2), (3), Stats.
