MEMORANDUM OPINION
DUNCAN W. KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge.
On March 12, 1992, an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code was filed against Debtor. On April 16, 1992, this court entered an Order for Relief. On January 21,1994, Plaintiff filed an adversary complaint alleging that the Plaintiff’s collateral was wrongfully converted by Defendant. A trial on the merits was held on September 12, 1994 (the “Trial”).
