GEORGE W. LatimeR, Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of larceny, dishonorable failure to account for funds, signing a false official statement, and failure to obey a lawful general order, in violation of Articles 121, 133, 107, and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 933, 907, and 892, respectively. The sentence imposed was dismissal, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for five years. The convening authority reduced the period of confinement to two years but otherwise approved the sentence, and the board of review affirmed.…
