On August 4, 1937, plaintiff’s deceased husband, Clarence B. Sell, sustained injuries resulting in his death Avhile employed as a helper on a milk truck operated by the additional defendant, Turner & Westcott, Inc. This truck collided with a tractor and trailer truck operated by the defendant Fahs at the intersection of Bryn Mawr Avenue and Old Gulph Road, in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County.
