Petitioner, Scott E. Ingram, seeks a writ of mandate directing the Superior Court of Sutter County to vacate its order striking petitioner’s amendment to his complaint and its order of substitution, or in the alternative, to vacate its order denying petitioner’s motion to amend his complaint.
