It appeared from tbe petition of the plaintiffs that a county road had been laid out in Eremont precinct, Dodge county, commencing at the town of Eremont, and running across to the south bank of the Platte river. This is an action by petition praying for an injunction perpetually enjoining the defendants from obstructing a county road and bridge, situated in Fremont Precinct, Dodge county, and from demanding and taking toll for crossing said bridge.
