CHAVEZ, Justice.
Plaintiff-appellant appeals from a judgment quieting title in appellees to two tracts of land in Otero County.
Suit was filed by appellant for declaratory judgment to determine the respective interests of the parties to 480 acres of land in Sec. 1, Twp. 24 S., R. 18 E., and all of Sec. 18, Twp. 24 S., R. 19 E., N.M.P.M. Appellant claimed title to an undivided one-half interest by virtue of special master’s deeds resulting from a sale in attachment proceedings.
