This action was instituted by the plaintiff for the purpose of enjoining the city of Redwood City and its municipal officers from proceeding with the prosecution of a pending criminal action in the recorder’s court of said city, and from instituting or maintaining any further actions against plaintiff, for maintaining and carrying on a lumber-yard in said city in violation of ordinance number 211, adopted by the board of trustees of said city, and, further, to have said ordinance declared void and the defendants perpetually enjoined from arresting, interfering with or molesting plaintiff in…
