This workmen’s compensation case comes before us on the appeal of the claimant from the decree entered in the Superior Court dismissing her claim. The case was heard by a single member of the Industrial Accident Board upon a statement of agreed facts which may be summed up as follows: The employee died on April -23, 1943, as a result of injuries arising out of and in the course *742of Ms employment.
