OPINION
HUSPENI, Judge.
Appellants Grace and Charles Lai challenge the district court’s order requiring them to execute and deliver a warranty deed to respondents William Staeheli and David Stahley on property that was the subject of a contract for deed between the parties. Appellants also challenge the amount of insurance proceeds they received from respondent American Family Mutual Insurance Company under a poliey in which Grace Lai, the contract vendor, was named as an additional insured.
