This is a suit by a wife to secure a divorce from her husband. It is admitted that they were married at Galesburg, Illinois, February 23, 1901, and that about nine years prior to the commencement of this suit in 1921 they moved to Eugene, Oregon, from which time continuously they have both resided in Lane County, of this state. In the amended complaint, upon which the cause was tried, was alleged the marriage and residence of the parties and that the plaintiff has kept to her marriage vows. The plaintiff charges that the defendant was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, rendering her life…
